<![CDATA[South African Tourism held a soiree for Ghanaian stars and media in Accra, as part of its CEO, Sisa Ntshona’s first visit to the country, last week.  The event took place at the Urban Grill, with executives displaying the commitment of South African Tourism to Ghana, which is one of key core markets. The soiree highlighted South African Tourism’s successful partnerships with Media and influencers from Ghana over the years. South African Tourism CEO, Sisa Ntshona during a separate dinner with stakeholder and trade partners earlier in the week, highlighted how the influencer program had help to increase arrivals from Ghana by 16% in the first half of 2018. According to him, the use of celebrity and media influencers to experience and sell destinations in South Africa had been very impactful, combined with the efforts of trade partners. https://youtu.be/M4efGdh11uQ The soiree was attended by Ghanaian stars and media personalities, including Selly Galley, Moesha Buodong, Mama V,Francis Doku, Giovanni Caleb, Ameyaw Debrah who have been part of South African Tourism hosted experiences in the past. Other guests included, Berla Mundi, Bola Ray, George Quaye, Sister Deborah,Mimi Andani, Harold Amenya, Prince David Osei, Koby Rana,and Big Cartel A social media competition was organised on the night, which saw comedian DKB and blogger Eugene Sarfo-Kantaka of Nkonkonsa.com winning tickets to experience South Africa later in the year.   Photos from Dinner with stakeholders and trade partners at the Labadi Beach Hotel.
