Shatta Wale insulted my mother and you want me to promote his album?- Andy Dosty goes off

Renowned radio presenter cum DJ, Andrew Amoh well recognized in the entertainment fraternity as Andy Dosty, has blatantly expressed why he will not be promoting  Shatta Wale’s latest album, ‘Maali’.

On his show on Hitz FM today, a listener, via text, had asserted that the new album from the “Taking over” hitmaker was doing great but nobody was talking about it, most especially Andy.

However, responding to the text, the presenter angrily said, “You want me to talk about it? An artiste that stands on stage and insults my mother and talks anyhow and foolishly to my mother, and you want me to what?”

Andy explained why this singular act by Shatta Wale has ripped him of all access to any form of promotion from him.

The presenter further condemned Shatta Wale’s behaviour of insulting people, stressing that people do not take things seriously and instead encourage his foolish behaviour. He again called out those who wanted to come on his show to promote their stuff without respecting him or his mother.

“That’s all I have said. I love my mother, and nobody, nobody… I won’t speak ill of anyone’s mother; she raised me well. You can fool around. The fooling is too much in this country.’’

In the words of Andy Dosty, “If you don’t have sense, I do. If you don’t respect, don’t come here. The woman who gave birth to me has lived a good life and has a good place to live.’’
