<![CDATA[[caption id="attachment_137813" align="aligncenter" width="572"] The Future of Ghana Top 30 U30 Project #FOG2019[/caption] The Future of Ghana’s top 30 U30 project is annual search dedicated to unearthing and showcasing the pioneers and innovators of the Future by undertaking a global search for the top 30 Ghanaian talent aged under 30 years old impacting industries around the world. 2019 will see Future of Ghana Ltd celebrate its 5th year anniversary. Currently in just over 4 years 120 Ghanaian future young leaders/pioneers from around the world have been selected to create a community of Changemakers illustrating what a progressive Ghana looks like and mobilizing for change through our Future of Ghana Alumni network. Notable members our Alumni include Lorraine Wright, Einstein Ntim, Abraham Attah, Clara Amfo,Yasmine Fosu, William Adoasi, Joseph Awuah-Darko and Diana Wilson to name but a few our multi-talented network The search for next years pioneers will consist of an open nomination process driven through Ghanaian Diplomatic missions, Associations/Organisations in the diaspora and Ghana, media partners and social media using the official hashtag hashtag #FOG2019 Midday on 25 October 2018 saw the opening of nominations for the 2019 Future of Ghana cycle. Nominations are now open to the public until 28 December 2018 via the website and can be made here. Once closed nominations received will be whittled down to a top 30 by a select judging panel, ready for feature in the 2018 publication. More detailed guidance on the nomination process can be found here. The esteemed judging panel for 2018 will be revealed the first weeks of December 2018 so look out for the announcement on our platforms. The 2019 Publication…. The Future of Ghana Publication is an annual publication dedicated to showcasing and nurturing Ghana’s leading talent from around the world. The publication features Ghana’s Top 30 Under 30 pioneering young talent impacting industries globally and forward-thinking articles and features. The publication released annually on 6th March (Ghana’s Independence Day), transcends stereotypes, highlighting the unsung contributions future leaders and organisations are making to the Ghana’s and the world’s economic development. Our organisational vision is to help realise a first world self-sustaining Ghana; where young people are placed at the centre of development. Our organisational mission aims to mobilise young people to make informed choices about their futures, strengthening their communities locally and globally. We focus on mobilising second generation Ghanaian diaspora to realise the organisational vision via our organisational mission. The target group are aged between 16-35 years and reside predominantly within densely populated geographical areas where the Ghanaian Diaspora reside, namely the UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands & US. Headquartered in the UK; with representation and a skilled volunteer team based in Germany and Belgium. Our core organisational teams consist of 24 skilled volunteers, of which 13, 7, 4 are based in the UK, Germany & Belgium respectively. Each country organisation is independently registered in line with their country of residence NGO laws, but we operate and align to achieve a uniformed vision and mission.
