Award-winning Gospel musician, Nana Osei, professionally known as Nacee has opened up about the impact of the campaign song he created for former President John Dramani Mahama during the 2020 general elections.

The reigning Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) Gospel Artiste of The Year revealed that his song, titled “Onaapo,” which was crafted for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has had a positive effect on his career.

Despite the song’s widespread popularity, Nacee, during an interview on Angel FM acknowledged that certain words he included, particularly those in foreign languages, lacked meaning.

When questioned about the meaning of specific lyrics, such as the phrase “Antipulci,” the renowned crooner admitted that they held no significance. He stated that the phrase had no sense to it.

Additionally, Nacee announced his plans to release an official campaign song for John Mahama in preparation for the upcoming 2024 general elections.
