Valued Lives Foundation launched with sod cutting for projects

Valued Lives Foundation, an international non-profit charity organization restoring life and a sense of hope to humanity by giving back to deprived communities, has officially been launched in Ghana.

During the launch ceremony in Adjen Kotoku, Nii Aklekwei III, Chairman of the organization said it was unfortunate to know that in this 21st century, students still sit under deplorable structures including bare floors to access education. And in many communities, access to potablewater remains a lifelong dream. He added that lives have been lost because there were no ambulances to transport the sick to the hospital. And in other cases, no adequate medication, or personnel available.

“As a foundation, stories such as these form the basis of our existence. it is not how much we give but how much love we put into giving. That is what makes the difference and as a charity organization, we aspire to make a big difference in the lives of many rural folks who are in dire need.

More often than not, we take things for granted just because we can afford the comfort we enjoy, today. But it will surprise you to know that a lot of people depend on initiatives such as ours for their daily survival, therefore we cannot fail them,” he commented.

The aim of Valued Lives Foundation is to build a framework that accelerates innovational approach and policy consideration towards building synergies that reside amongst poverty, economic development, starvation, environmental, education, and human health in disadvantaged communities. The organization seeks to provide, potable water, hospital equipment, school supplies, and good sanitation facilities to deprived communities around the world.

Ahead of the launch, Valued Lives foundation in a series of activities donated 20 dual desks, stationery among others to the Agortekorpe Basic Schools in the Ga West Municipality of Accra.

Nii Aklekwei III, as part of the launch, also cut sod for the construction of a 20 seater toilet facility and a borehole for the people of Adjen Kotoku. “This I believe will go a long way to put smiles on the faces of these residents”, commented the Chairman.
