<![CDATA[Atumpan delivers a splendid rendition of Wyclef Jean’s Diallo, in a way that gives him off as more of a Reggae and Dancehall act than the Afrobeats he’s become known for. No one single artiste who has taken a turn on BBC 1Xtra’s Live Lounge has performed below par. From Adele, Ice Prince, Labrinth, and Tinie Tempah, to Donaeo – all have nailed it – literally. Atumpan does the obvious by hacking into an original composition, and aided by a lovely vocalist, they tear the evergreen record into shreds. Absolutely nice! ]]>
