Although Nana Ama Mcbrown may have won the hearts of many Ghanaians with her hosting prowess on UTV’s United Showbiz show, she was always not all that confident about the gig.

The award-winning actress, who has anchored the show since it’s beginning, in a recent interview  on Starr Chat with Nana Aba Anamoah on Wednesday, revealed that she was not very confident about hosting a live show.

“I was scared from the beginning. It was a live show and I didn’t know how it was going to be. I didn’t want Ghanaians to attack me, and my family or get into my personal life, I don’t like controversies or anything to dent my brand. I was finding it difficult from the beginning but Fadda Dickson encouraged me to guide me on the show. Fadda is always there for everyone,” she stated.

Nana Ama Mcbrown also attributed the show’s success to the immense support she has received from her usual pundits, Arnold Biadoo, Bullgod and A-Plus.
