Vivies Dance and Theatre Academy Presents “Addiction” This September

The Senior Dance Company of Vivies Dance and Theatre Academy (VDTA) is set to present a powerful dance theatre piece titled “Addiction.” This thought-provoking performance aims to shed light on the entangling lifestyles that have a negative impact on individuals in our society, both physically and mentally.

“Addiction” delves into various addictive habits that plague our society, including drug addiction, sex addiction, addiction to phones and social media, obsession with fashion, and the thirst for power. Through the medium of dance and theatre, the Senior Dance Company aims to create awareness about these destructive habits and their consequences.

Vivies Dance and Theatre Academy, known for its commitment to addressing social issues through the arts, is using this production as a means to positively impact society. The performance of “Addiction” will take place at Alliance Francaise on the 29th and 30th of September 2023, starting at 7pm.
