TECNO introduces an AI-powered ecosystem featuring foldable smartphones, laptops, and smart devices

TECNO, Africa’s leading smartphone manufacturer and a global innovator in technology, has unveiled its inaugural Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered ecosystem.

The latest product lineup features foldable smartphones, AI-enhanced laptops, gaming systems, and smart assistants. According to the company, these innovations aim to provide customers with personalized and interconnected tech solutions.

The AI-powered #TECNOAIEvolution ecosystem showcases several flagship products, including the PHANTOM V Fold2 5G, Tecno Phantom V Flip 2, CAMON 30S, MEGABOOK T16, Pocket Go Windows AR gaming system, Mega Mini Gaming G1, and the Dynamic 1 robotic dog, among other advanced devices.

 

During the launch event held on Friday at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra, TECNO’s National Channel Manager, Mr. Ernest Sonkor, underscored the company’s dedication to leveraging AI to create products that embody the latest technological advancements while enhancing lives and empowering communities. The Assistant National Retail Manager, Daniel Opoku, noted that TECNO’s AI product range aims to simplify daily tasks while boosting productivity and creativity. He specifically highlighted that the AI features on the PHANTOM V Fold2 5G and Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 smartphones include real-time language translation, image generation assistance, and nutritional guidance.

TECNO’s Training Manager, Michael Mireku, introduced the Tecno Phantom V Flip 2, commending its sleek, pocket-friendly design. He emphasized the device’s solid yet lightweight build, ensuring durability without compromising portability. The 6.9-inch OLED main display, boasting a resolution of 1080×2640 and a 120Hz refresh rate, delivers a premium viewing experience when unfolded.

Godlove Quaicoo, TECNO’s National AIoT Manager, explained that the company’s venture into AI ecosystems aims to enhance the lifestyles of its current customers. “We are redefining our customers’ digital experiences. While people typically interact with AI through their phones, products like our robotic dogs offer new and exciting ways to engage with technology,” he said.

The launch event was graced by numerous influencers and celebrities, including Sister Debbie, Pappy Kojo, Juliet Bawuah, Anita Akuffo, and AJ Sarpong, concluding with an energetic performance by afrobeats star Stonebwoy.
