A$AP Rocky calls Rihanna “the love of my life” and “the one” while confirming romance

A$AP Rocky is opening up about his relationship with his girlfriend and global superstar, Rihanna.

In a new cover story for GQ, the rapper praises Rihanna as a partner and doesn’t shy away from expressing his affection for the star and business mogul. When asked about their relationship, Rocky described the Fenty Beauty founder as “the love of my life” and also affectionately called her, “My lady.”

Rocky also expressed how much he prefers being in a relationship rather than being single. Pre-Rihanna, the rapper was known to be one of the most eligible—and one of the most sought-after—men in the music industry.

“[It’s] so much better,” he said of being coupled up and embracing monogamy. “So much better when you got the One. She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”

While Rocky’s response hints that wedding bells may ring in the future for him and Rihanna, he also didn’t rule out the prospect of having children one day. When asked if he would ever consider fatherhood, the rapper replied, “If that’s in my destiny, absolutely.”

He continued, “I think I’m already a dad! All these motherfuckers are already my sons—whatchu talkin’ ’bout!” Rocky laughed while answering the question. “Nah, but like, I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad,” he continued. “I would have a very fly child. Very.”
