Actress Taraji P. Henson halts her wedding to Kelvin Hayden after losing her uncle to COVID-19
Hollywood actress, Taraji P. Henson has ‘paused’ her wedding to fiancé Kelvin Hayden following the death of her uncle who died from Coronavirus ‘complications’.
The Empire star, 49, said she made the decision because there’s too much to consider during the global coronavirus crisis.
Speaking in an interview with Access Hollywood, she said:
‘I’m pausing because there’s so much to take into consideration now. We’ve all been changed after this.’
She added:
‘I just lost an uncle who we think may have had complications of corona. It’s a lot to think about, and I just think we should pause, stop, and just think this thing through. Humanity will be forever changed after this!’
Taraji also revealed that she has lost 5lbs since self-isolating during the global pandemic and admitted that she misses her ‘freedom’ and ‘hugging’ people.
