Central University Set To Host Global Medical Discourse 2.0

Central University partners with Sangy Global to host the Transformative healthcare initiative, Global Medical Discourse 2.0 with the theme “Appreciating Trailblazers Prerequisite For Rippling Excellence Globally”, which is in accordance focuses on the SDG Goals 3, 4, and 5, whiles impacting all 17 goals and to further change the narrative for stakeholders of all walks of life especially young and future healthcare workers who may currently be in JHS, SHS, NMTCs, Universities or even starting their professions.

The Global Medical Discourse 2.0 Summit is dubbed the TorchBearers’ Summit where Trans-generational dialogue seeks to shine the light on healthcare providers who are changing the status quo to be in the frontline to mentor and coach future healthcare givers.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity these audience have to see real life trailblazers in healthcare to copy from them.

Since the WHO’s definition of health is not the absence of disease or infirmity but a complete state of health, we are excited to bring together Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Policy Makers, Politicians, Lawyers, Students, and everyone who cares and is affected by healthcare, to dialogue, to come to this year’s summit to be empowered to light their candles and make healthcare even better globally.

The Summit, which was successfully launched at Pentecost University College with a 3-days dialogue and network last year- 2021, will be coming off this year on Friday, 4th November, 2022 at Central University ( Christ Temple Campus ) between the hours of 7am – 6pm. But prior to the summit is a nationwide hybrid school mentoring and coaching session spearheaded by the team.

The summit will be hosting Students (Junior high through Second cycle to Tertiary), Corporate bodies, Government and Non – Governmental organizations, media and the General Public.

The organizers assures series of engaging activities for all participants.

Event is strictly by invitation but free
