If  Chiwetel Ejiofo was ever going to win any of Best Actor nominations for his role in Steve McQueen’s slavery drama 12 Years a Slave, it had to be the the British Academy of Film and Television Awards (BAFTAs). He won Best Actor at the 2014 BAFTAs which was held  on Sunday evening, beating Tom Hanks, Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale and Bruce Dern. Check out photos and list of winners:
