In its first edition, the magazine shines its spotlight on trailblazing young designers, models and stars from all walks of African life. The magazine is pan-African and so will be available to buy in Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, UK, USA and Canada at a price of GHC10 or the rough equivalent in other markets. The magazine will be sold in major restaurants, pharmacies, hotels and malls.
Although Classic Magazine is a fashion magazine, there’s something in it for you whether you’re a fashionista or not. Apart from flaunting the hottest clothes, designs and accessories, Classic Magazine features enlightening pieces on travel, culture, health and insightful interviews with the young entrepreneurs making waves across the continent.
All photo shoots are organised locally and the Classic team is always looking to involve more budding local talent. If you’re a model, photographer, designer or entrepreneur that would like to be featured or to work for the magazine, you’re more than welcome to come along to the long-anticipated official launch on the 23rd of February. At the launch, you’ll be treated to stunning new tracks from Stars of the Future and Ghana Music Award winner Bertha YaaYaa while MC’ing will be the provocative and loveable Deborah Vanessa. What’s more, mouth-watering food and colourful cocktails will be served all night.
This launch is a way of celebrating not only the work that has gone into the maiden edition of Classic Magazine but also the endless talent that graces the pages of this edition and all the editions to come. We hope you’ll be a part of this journey. ]]>
