FLASHBACK: Photos from cocktail party for Trey Songz and Amber Rose in Ghana
As some Ghanaians continue to make noise about Ghanaian stars attending a ‘meet and greet’ cocktail event with Cardi B, we decided to do a throwback on when Trey Songz and Amber Rose came to town, in September 2011.
Vodafone Ghana held the Vodafone 020 Live industry cocktail party at Villa Monticello to welcome Amber Rose, Trey Songz and Dbanj to Ghana ahead of the their concert scheduled which took place at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre.
The champagne reception to celebrate the best in Ghanaian and popular music was attended by industry players such as musicians, producers and Music Associations. Also present were some of the artist billed to perform at the much anticipated concert featuring Trey Songz, VIP, Dr Cryme, Dbanj, Stay Jay, R2bees and R&M.
Highlights of the evening included Amber Rose playing her own selection of music for guests on her laptop and Dbanj admiring almost every woman at the venue, including actress and TV personality Joselyn Dumas.
