Funke Akindele is the Hardest Working Entertainer I’ve Ever Met – Falz

Nigerian rapper and actor, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has commended Nollywood actress Funke Akindele for her outstanding contribution to the entertainment industry.

Falz, who has worked closely with Akindele on several projects, expressed his admiration for her dedication and work ethic.

During an interview with Chude Jideonwo, the rapper reflected on his professional relationship with the talented actress, starting from their collaboration on the popular sitcom Jenifa’s Diary to their upcoming project Everybody Loves Jenifa. He fondly recalled how Akindele reached out to him when she was developing Jenifa’s Diary, a moment that marked the beginning of their partnership.

“I remember Funke Akindele, a big shout out to her, by the way. She had reached out to me maybe by Instagram or something, saying she had seen some of those videos and had something she was working on. She wanted me to be a part of it,” Falz said. At that time, Jenifa’s Diary had not yet come into existence, but Akindele’s vision was clear.

Falz went on to describe Funke Akindele as one of the most hardworking entertainers he has ever encountered. “I don’t think I’ve ever crossed paths with any other entertainer in this country that is more hard-working than she is,” he remarked, highlighting her remarkable dedication to her craft.

He further emphasized that it is Akindele’s tireless effort and determination that set her apart in the entertainment industry, making her a significant force behind the scenes as well as on screen.
