Go iller is a Ghanaian independent dynamic artist and songwriter. Though he is new in the scene, he is best known for making music in the afrobeat, hip-pop and grime genre.

He combines these 3 genre seamlessly, making it seem he has a genre of his own. With thousands of followers and listeners on social media and music platforms respectively, he has really taken a drift for a new art.
The video for his cotton candy single was premiered last week on 4syte tv with the song out for some months now.

When asked on how the song came about this was his response;
“I was with this girl of mine and I was in love
But she left me, you understand”.
“As a result, he started attending loads of parties, hanging out with people, I wouldnt hang with on a regular. All because, i was trying to fill a void”.

Anyways, money found its way to him at the time as he started working and made numerous female acquaintances.
“Some wanted us to date and some just liked my company”.
“Dating wasnt part of my plans for obvious reasons so, I just flowed with the tide”.
The making of COTTON CANDY was just a reflection of his situation after the heartbreak.

“I had jotted down the title COTTON CANDY (which I got from my words library)
but there were no lyrics to it”.

“ I was with my lil brother playing video game
When Kinnie beatz sent me the beat”
After hearing the beat, he wrote down “got the sugar, got the money”
Then his brother sang the first line “Cotton candy, got the sugar, got the money”.
The rest was history.

As an artist, he seeks to curb global issues through music.
