Award-winning hiplife artist, Guru on Friday, January 22 gave the students of  Moree Senior High School in Cape Coast more than a donation of books  for learning at a special ceremony organized by The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.  An exciting highlight from the event was when the rapper performed with a visually impaired student of the school. 

The performance was to the delight of everybody the honourable  sector minister, Nana Oye Lithur, who joined the performance at some stage. The ceremony which also so  witnessed several exciting and educational and fun activities by the students ended with the presentation of prizes to deserving students.

Guru speaking on the event and his future plans with his “Education For All project” said:

First of all I want to thank God almighty for blessing me with my talent and making me a success enough to give back to those in need and my country. I will also want to thank my team and family, NKZ Music management for the hard work they have put into my career to make it a success and fans for their prayers and support. “

“To the honorable Minister Nana Oye Lithur and the entire ministry for the opportunity, support and encouragement they are giving mine “Education for all” project, my team and I are very grateful and wish them the best in all their endeavoursAnd also take this Opportunity to invite individuals, religious, governmental and corporate bodies to come on board this good cause and to support our future leaders whiles they need it most.”
