Medikal hopes history will not repeat itself tonight at the VGMAs
Ghanaian rapper, Medikal is wishing that history will not repeat itself tonight at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
The ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker, is nominated in the “Rapper of the year”, Hip-life/Hip-pop artist of the year”, “Hip-life song of the year”, “Hip-hop song of the year” categories.
In an Instagram post, he wrote:
“Vgma today, thanks for your votes, let’s pray 2 years ago’s history doesn’t repeat itself today 😂.”
Two years ago, the rapper lost out on all his nominations even though a lot of fans believed he was going to bring the awards home.
Well let’s just keep our fingers crossed and see what happens tonight.
