<![CDATA[The President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) has issued a statement to mourn the death of Ghanaian President John Evans Attah Mills. The statement is as follows:
“The Musicians Union of Ghana received with a heavy heart the demise of H.E Prof. John Evans Attah Mills. We express our sympathies and condolences to the widow Madam Naadu Mills, the family and the ruling National Democratic Congress. We cannot begin to imagine the pain and sorrow that overwhelm you at this time. We pray that God will grant you and the entire nation the fortitude to bear this loss. We are comforted by the fact that he was an exemplary leader who served his people and left a legacy.”
“May the good Lord grant him a safe haven and keep him in his bosom until we meet again. We the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) would forever have him in our memories for his support for the Music Industry. May his soul rest in perfect peace.”]]>
