This happened by the need for Awareness of the people living around the Rail building area. And the positive side of this not expected occurrence is that, the whole world, countries, Regions, Districts, Communities,. and Towns and the Villages around those Residential Areas to be Aware, of the coming back of the Railways services. This is good for those around, because it rather good for Ghana to loose US dollars than to loose live.
