Ghanaian Actress and video vixen, Rosemond Alade Brown, a.k.a Akuapem Poloo has said that her idol, fellow actress, Nana Ama McBrown told her straight to her face that she did not want to associate with her because it will stain her hard earned brand.
In an interview with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show, Akuapem Poloo revealed that several other celebrities have distanced themselves from her.
“A lot of people insult me. The industry is not easy. Most of the stars say I’m not good for their image. When a contract comes and I’m included, they refuse to work with me”.
The mother of one also added that she has been snobbed by the A-List actress, McBrown, on two different occasions.
“Nana McBrown told me she promised herself not to take a picture with me when we went for Ebony’s funeral because it wasn’t good for her brand. McBrown is my Idol. She shamed me on the stage at the Golden Movie Awards and snobbed me when I tried to take a picture of her”, she added.
