<![CDATA[The Ladder, Nyansapo’s debut original piece, served as a spring board for the widespread patronage of their just ended artistic play; If God Is Ghanaian. On Saturday the 4th of August, this hilarious well structured piece; If God Is Ghanaian; was unveiled and Nyansapo is gradually gaining a reputation as a production house that effectively addresses national issues without losing the essence of the comedic element they are well known for. The stage play was fused with music by The Pipers (an amazing accappella group) to enhance the various moods required in some of the scenes. The delivery of the cast was highly impressive as they creatively shed light on various major national issues ranging from political, economic, educational, environmental, to even tenancy. The suspense was captivating and the sarcasm was well woven. It definitely raised some eyebrows, often giving the audience something to think deeply about. I must say this was more than just a Comedy and after watching, I daresay Nyansapo Production has their work cut out for them to maintain and increase their standards in the theatre to satisfy the Ghanaian audience as well as audiences across the continent and the world.]]>
