<![CDATA[It was a night of glitz, glamour and good music at the plush Coconut Groove Regency hotel, Accra last Friday night when the latest, exciting and authoritative magazine called ‘ATITIRIW’ was launched. The event which attracted hundreds of personalities from all walks of life witnessed splendid musical performances from the renowned gospel musician Stella Seal and hip-life artiste Tic-Tac. According to Mrs Maud Acheampong, managing editor, Atitiriw is a quarterly Magazine, which is out to serve as a platform to portray unique Ghanaian culture and its time tested traditions to the outside world. She noted that Atitiriw also celebrates prominent and important Ghanaian citizens and Africans across the entire globe. ‘Our aim is to tell their success stories and to encourage others to emulate their good works and strive for success’. She told the gathering. She said Atitiriw magazine has joined the very competitive media landscape to contribute its small quota towards the noble cause of informing, educating and entertaining the reading public, saying ‘it’s our ultimate aim to help shape societal behavior and morality’. The first copy of the magazine was bought by Mr. Arnold Asante, chairman of IMAJIN Advertising, organizers of the Legends and Legacy Ball. ]]>
