Although actor Chiwetel Ejiofor recently failed to ‘proudly’ embrace his Nigerian roots on the Ellen DeGeneres, his people back home are not giving up on him. Anyway, Enugu state, where Chiwetel’s father is from, took out a full page ad in The Nation newspaper to congratulate Chiwetel for his BAFTAs Best Actor win. Aint that sweet?
