Stonebwoy-Shatta Wale rivalry could have been tamed a long time ago- Mugeez

Ghanaian musician, Mugeez, and member of Tema-based music duo, R2bees has shared his opinion on the Stonebwoy- Shatta Wale VGMA brouhaha.

According to the award-winning singer, he believes all of the drama could have been prevented a long time ago before it got out of hand.

“This Cud Have Bn Tamed LongTime Ago! We Enjoy FunPart Of It Until We Made Dem Felt They Cud PullOutGunz! Ma brothers ain’t really done nothing. Gunz bn poppin around this drama n we sat back n watched! Love da culture n keep da gunz out ! Meditate On It!” he wrote in a tweet.

Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale brought the VGMAs to a halt after the former mounted the stage when Stonebwoy was about to receive his award for the Reggae/Dancehall artiste of the year.

They have since been arrested, detained and granted bail and set to appear in court.
