He said: “Building a home economics center is not part of the core Yamoransa model but L&A Memorial Academy has a unique program of providing free breakfast to the student and staff so in appreciation of that, the president of HAF decided that let’s build a home economics center for the students to learn more about nutrition and cooking.”

Mr Japhet also touched on why providing solar energy for the facilities was essential.

“I have always wanted to build a science lab for the school. It has been my goal to have a science lab at the JSS level so that these students can familiarize themselves with science stuff before they go to senior high school and grow to be great scientists”

Speaking to AmeyawTV, Mr. Kafui A. Perrbie, founder of Techaide Ghana and Implementers (project managers) extended an invitation to private individuals and organizations with plans of undertaking any philanthropic development project.

Currently, the YM lab 2, L&A Memorial Academy can boast of an ultramodern ICT center, a makerspace for Robotics and 3D printing, a home Econs center, a sewing center, and a science laboratory.

The ultimate goal of the Yamoransa Model is to ensure the Ghanaian students get the best of training that meets work standards.
