Tenant’ is the first ever Ghanaian TV Series commissioned by Africa Magic. The show revolves around Sylvia Stokes who returns to Ghana after years in Canada, buys an apartment building and rents it out to seemingly normal people. She soon discovers that her classy building is now home to a fashion student who insists on roping everyone in on his projects, a pensioner who constantly talks about the good old days and a strange man who refuses to leave his room.
