Managing Consultant at Upscale PRO Angels Fertility, Roni Yeboah has been crowned Ghana’s Most Outstanding Female in Alternative and Holistic Health Service at the just-ended 10th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2024 held at the luxurious Accra Marriot, a hotel situated in Airport City in Ghana’s capital, on 5th July.

The outstanding award demonstrates her stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality healthcare services and also been a highly respected personality advocating for best business practices in the sector.

The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards organised by The Business Executive Margazine Limited seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in various forms of endeavor across both the public and private sectors, such as entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives, public institutional managers, diplomats, sportswomen, traditional rulers, and others.

The accolade automatically usher her as a ” SHE ACHIEVER “which is the topmost connective female network platform in Ghana.The initiative is an executive association which embodies top female CEO’s and past Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards winners and create a platform on which members can more easily reach out for assistance in a required field without incurring cost. Speaking to the media after receiving the all- important honour, Roni Yeboah expressed her profound gratitude to the organisers and her colleagues at work for their tremendous contributions always.

According to her, this is a testament to her dedication to excellence in every aspect of their operations and also demonstrate her unwavering determination on meeting and exceeding customer expectations while adhering to rigorous quality standards over the years.

” I am very excited for such a wonderful recognition at this highest level. The cultural differences made it a non-starter 18 years ago when “gestational surrogacy” was unheard of and was introduced in this part of the world by Upscale.

Roni Yeboah was born in Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, to a building contractor, and a strong woman who was into trading of raw materials for shoes.

Growing up in a family that valued hard work and determination, Roni developed a strong foundation for her future endeavors. She attended Kumasi Academy High School, where she excelled academically and displayed leadership qualities that would later define her career.

Roni’s educational journey took her to the United States, where she attended Pace University in Pleasantville, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies, minored in Journalism, setting the stage for a diverse and impactful professional career.

Roni’s professional career began in the bustling city of New York, where she worked for Ghana Airways as the Office Administrator in New York City.

Her career took a significant leap when she joined one of the prestigious law firms in New York, Debevoise & Plimpton.
Here, Roni assisted in managing over 59 plus lawyers in a landmark case involving an asbestos-related class action lawsuit. Her exceptional ability to coordinate the administration of complex legal proceedings and manage large teams earned her recognition and respect within the firm.

In the year 2000, Roni made the bold decision to return to Ghana to explore new ventures, including the Real Estate Industry.

This move marked a turning point in her career as she identified a critical need for support and assistance in the area of infertility and assisted reproduction. Recognizing the challenges faced by many women, Roni dedicated herself to pioneering assisted motherhood and surrogacy in Ghana.

In 2005, Roni founded Upscale Fertility, a pioneering organization dedicated to providing comprehensive services in assisted motherhood and surrogacy.
Upscale quickly became a beacon of hope for countless families struggling with infertility. Under Roni’s visionary leadership, the organization has helped numerous families achieve their dreams of parenthood.
