Music duo Dope Nation has won Best Group of the Year at the 2020 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards happening now inside the Accra International Conference Centre.
The nominees for this category were DopeNation, Kwan Pa, Bethel Revival Choir and La Meme Gang.
