NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these rules before entering the Experience Amazon Lockers at Coachella: VIP Pass Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or independent contractors, or immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or those living in the same household of employees or independent contractors of Amazon Services LLC (“Sponsor, “we”, or “us”) and any if its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).

Sweepstakes Period. Begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 21, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 5, 2019 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter. To enter the Sweepstakes, you may use one (1) of the following entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

Entry Method #1: Twitter

1. On your public Twitter account, post a photo showing you with an Amazon Locker (the “Media”). A Twitter account with public profile settings is required to enter and may be obtained for free at www.twitter.com.
2. Include the hashtags #AmazonLocker, #Coachella and #Giveaway in the Media caption.
3. Posting the Media on Twitter and including the identifying information in the caption are collectively referred to as the “Entry.”

Entry Method #2: Instagram

1. On your public Instagram account, post a photo showing you with an Amazon Locker (the “Media”). An Instagram account with public profile settings is required to enter and may be obtained for free at www.instagram.com.
2. Include the hashtags #AmazonLocker, #Coachella and #Giveaway in the Media caption.
3. Posting the Media on Instagram and including the identifying information in the caption are collectively referred to as the “Entry.”

Entry Method #3: Twitter with No Photo

On your public Twitter account, tweet #AmazonLocker, #Coachella2019 and #Giveaway. A Twitter account with public profile settings is required to enter and may be obtained for free at www.twitter.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per Instagram or Twitter account, per customer account throughout the Sweepstakes Period. You may not use multiple Twitter accounts, Instagram accounts, or e-mail addresses to enter the Sweepstakes, and entries submitted through multiple accounts or e-mail addresses will be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify at any time any Entry containing obscene, offensive, pornographic or sexually explicit material, or libelous, disparaging, infringing or other inappropriate content or subject matter (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Media must be suitable for family viewing on a national news network, meet the content guidelines found at www.amazon.com/contentguidelines, and meet other reasonable community standards.

All Entries must be the original creations of the entrants, and by submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor the worldwide, transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the Entry (including all images depicted in the Media) throughout the world in any media (whether now known or hereafter devised).

Other Promotions. Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately.

Prize. We will award the following prizes: 
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) prize package which consists of a trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (the “Event”) scheduled to occur on April 19, 2019 – April 21, 2019 (the “Grand Prize Package”). The Grand Prize Package consists of:

• Two (2) VIP passes to the 2019 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (the “Passes”);
• One (1) $3,000 Visa Gift Card to cover travel and accommodations related to the Event.
