“TINA Festival is a platform where we can all be proud of our African heritage and for the diaspora to come in and experience Africa like never before. We are extending an invitation to the African diaspora to come back home, establish their businesses and help build the New Africa” — Sarkodie.

Sarkodie is a Ghanaian hip hop recording artist. His contributions to the Ghanaian and global music industry have earned him numerous accolades including the Vodafone Ghana Music Award for Artiste of the Decade and Best International Act from Africa at the BET Awards. In 2015, The Guardian listed him as one of its top five hip hop acts on the African continent.

“New African Nation is not the Africa, the media shows on television because the western media likes to portray us as poverty-stricken with flies around our mouth. New Africa Nation is a whole new nation with a new mentality where we tell our stories which is success, great fashion, great food and great dance,” shares Fuse ODG.
