Lilian Odim is one of Africa’s young business leaders providing a key solution on the continent. She bagged her BSc in Business Administration and MSc Marketing from the Thames Valley University and University of Sunderland  respectively. Her companies offer a unique platform for strategic marketing, supporting brands and conducting promotional activities across Africa.

Lilian has extensively established various maternal and child care programs in line with the World Health Organization’s Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) number 4 & 5 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her projects amongst others include The Audrey Pack (TAP), a free sample pack of consumer goods for pregnant women and new mums provided by supporting brands and the Project Enable Initiative (PEI), a sustainable trading platform for women that helps in creating incentives, reducing maternal and child mortality rate, and empowering women and households by using innovative models while partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable values to the healthcare system and the supporting brands.

The acclaimed television show Under 40 CEOs launched on TVC Entertainment and TVC News on the 9th of October, 2015 and subsequently launched on Silverbird Television Network on the 13th of January, 2016 and has spotlighted inspiring young business leaders aged 40 and under from East, West and South Africa. In addition to the channels above, the series has also aired on or currently running on Africa Magic Family, DBS, ITV Benin, ITV Abuja, RSTV and GHOne reaching a cumulative average viewership of 2.2million people every week.

Under 40 CEOs seeks to research, celebrate and expose the business leaders of the not-so-distant future and tell the stories of these young business leaders in Africa with a focus on the journey, the process and their proposed destination.
