Stonebwoy calls for calm amidst protests in Ashaiman over election results
Award-winning reggae/dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has condemned the violence brewing in Ashaiman from some members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
On Sunday, some supporters of the NDC hit the streets to protest the election results as declared by the Electoral Commission on December 9th.
Reacting to a video from the protest on Twitter, the “Nominate” hitmaker advised the protesters not to allow themselves to be used by politicians.
“Ashaiman, My People Please all these ones Cannot Solve anything the politicains themselves know better what To do.Where our small power counts is to vote and we have done just that. Dont allow urself to be used by heart let’s KEEP THE PEACE. and Go about our hustle it Go better,” he tweeted.
