Blame the “greedy governments” and not the people of third world countries for their underdevelopment- Cardi B

American rapper, Cardi B has opined that third world countries are not developed because of their  ‘greedy governments.’

According to the “WAP” rapper, the people from these third world countries are always willing to work, however, their “greedy leaders” are preventing them for progressing.

“When ya see third world countries or countries that can be more developed don’t blame the people of the country.The people are always willing to work and progress.Blame the government.There’s a lot of evil in this world the biggest one is GREED,” she tweeted.

Cardi’s tweet has since resonated with a lot of her followers who agree that governments of developing countries can do better for their citizens.
