3-year-old boy dies in car crash involving actor Lil Win

The car collision involving Ghanaian Actor , Kwadwo Nkansah, famously known as Lil Win, led to the tragic passing of a three-year-old boy.

The boy, identified as Nana Yaw, was a passenger in a vehicle with his father when they were struck by Lil Win’s car in Amakom. Witnesses stated that Lil Win was driving at a high speed when the accident occurred. After the crash, both Nana Yaw and his father were taken to a nearby medical facility and later transferred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

Sadly, Nana Yaw did not survive, while his father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah, is currently receiving treatment for a leg fracture sustained in the accident. The damaged vehicle is in police custody as investigations proceed.

The family of the deceased is urging the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure justice. They are also contemplating legal action and have voiced their concern regarding the lack of attention given to the victims at the accident scene, with the focus primarily on Lil Win. A relative of the deceased emphasized the need for enforcement of the law, citing eyewitnesses and police sources confirming Lil Win’s excessive speed and lane deviation.

Despite sustaining injuries, Lil Win was seen attending the premiere of his movie “A Country Called Ghana” in Kumasi on the same night as the accident. His managers declined to comment when approached by the media at the hospital. As the grieving family prepares for the funeral of their three-year-old, they remain steadfast in their pursuit of justice.
