VGMA BOARDCharterhouse Ghana, in partnership with Vodafone, headline sponsor for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is honoured to bring back the music seminar program that used to be an integral part of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards scheme. Titled, “FROM MUSIC TO MONEY”, this year’s seminar which is slated for Thursday 6th April 2017 from 9am to 1pm at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel is dedicated to exploring the Business of the Music Business by focusing mainly on how artistes and music industry players will be able to turn their crafts into cash. The rebranded Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Music Seminar is particularly critical as the industry embraces new forms of selling music and promoting brands. The seminar will tackle topics like REPOSITIONING FOR A DIGITALISED FUTURE which will be presented by Samuel Kofi Blay of Spice VAS Africa and Akombia Koomson, Country Manager of Kirusa, Ghana. The other main topic – MARKETING YOUR BRAND WORLDWIDE will be presented by Sam Onyemelukwe, Vice President of Trace Africa. The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Seminar is expected to be the most influential Music Business convention, led by the voices of the key players in the industry. This seminar, happening at the Movenpick Hotel on Thursday 6th April 2017 from 9am to 1pm is open to only Musicians and Manager and attendance is by pre-registration only. The main event of the 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is slated for Saturday 8th April at the Accra International Conference Centre.]]>
