Revealed: A “Concerned Citizen” filed a complaint against Ama Governor’s conduct and call to the bar
Ghanaian YouTuber, Elorm Ababio, popularly known as Ama Governor’s dream of becoming a Lawyer has been put on hold as she has been denied a call to the Ghana Bar on Friday, when her colleagues are formally admitted to the profession.
This is despite her successful completion of the professional law program, which included passing her exams and scoring well in the interview.
She was scheduled to be called on Friday, but instead, received a letter from the General Legal Council’s Secretary informing her of the decision.

Ama’s denial to the bar is as a result of a complaint by a “concerned citizen,” stating that she “lacks good character” and has breached the Code of Conduct for the Students of the Ghana School of Law, hence, should not be made a Lawyer in Ghana.
A copy of the complaint which has been shared on social media, also added that Ama in her YouTube videos has damaged the reputation of the school and should not be allowed to practice.

Meanwhile, Ama’s case has caught the attention of social media as folks on Twitter rally behind her through a petition to seek justice on her behalf.
