Apple Music Releases New Africa Now DJ Mix Featuring DJ Enimoney

Apple Music today released this month’s Africa Now DJ Mix featuring multifaceted DJ and entrepreneur, DJ Enimoney (real name Adedeji Eniola), who is widely celebrated as the official DJ for Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Olamide, gaining global recognition for his dynamic performances.

“It’s been a pleasure putting together this blazing mix for Africa Now,” he tells Apple Music. “There’s nothing quite like pushing the African music narrative forward while you jam to my selection. This mix brings together some of my favourite hits, along with a few personal classics from my collection. Kick back, chill out, and let me take you on a smooth sonic adventure.”

Born and raised in Lagos, DJ Enimoney’s ability to captivate his audience by seamlessly blending Afrobeats, Amapiano, Hip-Hop, House, and EDM has seen him conquer stages in the UK and Europe. His talents also extend to A&R for Olamide’s independent label YBNL Nation, working on Olamide’s eleventh album UYI SCUTTI (2023) as well as having a hand in discovering and promoting artists like Fireboy DML and Lyta who are both signed to the label.

After his debut single “Oya Dab” (2016) featuring Olamide announced his presence with great panache, it was his single “Diet” (2018) featuring Tiwa Savage, Reminisce & Slim Case, that put him on the map and won him the award for Best Collaboration Of The Year at the 2018 City People Music Awards. As his star continues to rise, DJ Enimoney’s dynamic setlists and groove-inducing performances continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible for Afrobeats around the world.
