Samini and ASEM are teaming up for a joint album project. ‘Close Friends’ is the title of the album, and will be “a mix of hip pop and dancehall music,” both acts have explained. Set for a September 11 , 2013 release, Samini and Asem have explained that the album will be exclusive of individual projects they will be working on this year. “Okay so besides my 3rd Studio Album that I’m working on, there’s another Big Project I’m also tackling this year with a huge artist I’ve admired for so many years now.
