Did Berima Amo just release the best Year of Return song?
Ace singer, trumpet player, composer and arranger, Berima Amo recently released a song titled ‘Back in Ghana’ which has been receiving a lot of positive reviews from critics in the music industry who say it could be the best Year of Return song by far.
‘Back in Ghana’ is a song which starts with adowa, ends with agbaja and features the star studded musicians of the Nkabom Band was produced here in Ghana and released worldwide on Christmas Eve.
Berima Amo who is based in Amsterdam but currently in the country to be part of the Year of Return line up activities has travelled throughout the world with his music and realized what this Year of Return campaign meant to his friends in the Americas.
