“Downflat” changed my life- Kelvynboy

Ghanaian musician, Kelvynboy has detailed the impact the success of his hit single, “Downflat” has had in his life and career.

In an interview on Hitz FM, Kelvyn Boy stated that “Downflat” has positively impacted his life since its release back in January, 2022.

“Downflat changed my life. I am cashing in and out…I feel like it has moved me, it changed my life,” he stated.

The “Afr0-beats Badman” also revealed that the success of the song has opened many doors for him, including visiting the BBC.

“I was at the offices of Trace and I also went to the BBC. It wasn’t part of the plan because I went for a tour, and didn’t go for promotion but it’s the song. They know about the song and they want to see the person (behind it),” he added.

Since its release in January, “Downflat” has raked in numbers on major streaming platforms. The song also went viral on TikTok and became a personal favourite of music lovers world-wide.

Following the success of  “Downflat,” Kelvynboy has dropped the remix to the song featuring UK’s Stefflon Don and Nigeria’s Tekno out now on all music streaming platforms.
