DStv Mobile Ghana announces exciting new bouquets

<![CDATA[The DStv Mobile bouquets have undergone some exciting changes.  As from 19 July 2012 great new channels will be available and consumers can also look forward to price reductions across all bouquets. The move to restructure the bouquets came after conducting consumer research and consolidating valuable feedback from subscribers.“We hope the new channels will delight our subscribers as each bouquet has been structured to meet specific preferences in sport, local programming, general entertainment, news and children’s programming” said Edward Kwame Owusu, Country Manager DStv Mobile Ghana. The Mini bouquet channels are: Metro, GTV, Africa Magic World, Africa Magic (Family), Sony MAX, BET, Disney Junior, Nat Geo Wild, CNN, Channel O, Big Brother StarGame, Select Sports and SuperSport Blitz. The Maxi bouquet has the same channels as the Mini bouquet with the addition of SuperSport 9. The Maxi Plus bouquet has the same channels as the Maxi bouquet with the addition of Africa Magic Entertainment and Super Sport 3A; the bouquet is available at no extra subscription cost to DStv Premium subscribers. DStv Mobile subscribers will be able to enjoy the London Olympics 2012 on the go with premium SuperSport channels. SuperSport 4, the main SuperSport Olympics channel will replace Channel O for the duration of the event (27 July – 12 August) in the Maxi and Maxi Plus bouquets. SuperSport 3 which is the overflow Olympics soccer channel, is already available to DStv Premium subscribers in the Maxi Plus bouquet.   DVB-H enabled handsets

Maxi bouquet – current price: GHS4.20 per week, reduced price: GHC2 per week.

Mini bouquet – current price: GHC1.70 per week, reduced price: GHC1.50 per week. Drifta, Drifta USB and the Walka Handheld TV Maxi bouquet – current price: GHC22 per month, reduced to GHC8 per month. Mini bouquet – current price:  GHC9 per month, reduced to GHC6 per month. DStv Mobile continues to offer a free bouquet; subscribers with a DStv Mobile compatible device can watch Metro and GTV at no cost. “Introducing new channels is part of our commitment to bringing our consumers the best in mobile entertainment and reducing the price gives even more Ghanaians access to our products and services” concluded Edward.
