In a world where being tech-savvy is a requirement in the job sector, one cannot deny the impact technology has had over the years. From the education sector to the communication sector, technology has enabled us to become more streamlined in our daily lives and become an important part in our daily routines.

Outgoing content creator Delppy, believes that technology (like social media) has become more than a way for people to communicate. He says “Tech has evolved into an explosive hub of information with experience from other people who share the same like-mindedness.”

“In this ever-changing marvel, people must use this tool to help model their businesses to improve and become a part of something new”

He goes further expands on this with a few avenues of technology;
Fintech is a highly effective example of how business can grow. Fintech (which is simply finance and technology combined) incorporates the use of technology to provide financial services to customers. With just your smartphone and access to the internet, you can access your bank account, deposit or withdraw money, and even make investments. There can be no doubt about the advantage’s technology has for finance.
AI is another useful, if not controversial tool that helps benefit businesses.

AI, or Artificial Intelligence, uses the processing power of a computer to solve problems faster than a human could do. This technology can learn and adapt to the job it has been given and has the main aim of making the job easier. Amazon, the well-known site for buying, selling, and shipping has incorporated the use of AI into a system called Sequoia.

This AI-powered technology has been used to efficiently identify, sort, and store inventory for faster delivery of packages to clients at a much faster pace than it was done by human hands. Meaning that orders would be carried out at a much faster rate.

Delppy also cautions that as incredible as technology is, it is important to consider the humans behind the frontlines who understand it. He stresses that more often, there are freelancers who are incredibly tech-savvy that would be an incredible asset to the company which aims to be more tech oriented.

“Businesses must be on the lookout for people like these and give them a chance to improve the quality of their work.” he says.
