Ghanaian hairdresser Chelsea-Abigail Owusu Ansah, has made history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the most hair locked in a single session. 

It will be recalled that on March 6, 2024, at Ashongman Estate in Accra, Chelsea attempted the daring challenge of locking 27 heads of hair in just eight hours. With sheer determination and focus, she successfully completed the feat, demonstrating her exceptional skill and stamina in the process.

Chelsea, the proud owner of Yogas Locks, a popular hair salon in Accra, officially announced her achievement on September 7. Sharing her excitement on Instagram, she posted photos of her Guinness World Records plaque, marking the moment she cemented her place in history.
