“Happy birthday my sweet ex”- Sister Derby to Medikal on his birthday

Today, April 5, happens to be the birthday of Ghanaian rapper, Medikal and his ex-girlfriend, Sister Derby has shared a sweet photo and message to celebrate him.

“Happy Birthday my sweet ex 🍭,” she captioned a photo of them being intimate on Instagram.

Sister Derby’s gesture comes as a surprise to many fans and has since garnered a lot of reactions from fans across social media.

Sister Derby and Medikal dated for quite a while, but broke up towards the end of 2018. Medikal however moved on quickly and confirmed his relationship Fella Makafui who was rumored to be the reason for the breakup.
