I choose to use my energy for productive ventures – Yvonne Nelson replies troll who suggested motherhood made her lose herself
Ghanaian actress, entrepreneur, and mom, Yvonne Nelson, has revealed that giving birth to her daughter Ryn, has completely changed her life.
Yvonne Nelson was responding to an Instagram user who opined that she had completely lost herself since becoming a mum, when she made this revelation.
“I feel like this lady has completely lost herself, after becoming a mum,” the Instagram user commented on a photo that was posted by blogger.
Her comment attracted the attention of Yvonne Nelson who came back with a lengthy reply saying;
“@everything_stylish6 I found my true purpose……(RYN off-course changed my life for the better) slaying and flaunting? Errmm I choose to use that energy in more productive ventures. I’m with the right people, people I can be MYSELF around, that’s BLISS.”
Yvonne also went ahead to list a number of productive ventures that are keeping her busy and giving her less time to “slay” on the gram.
“Checkout @ynisland for some realness & nature. If it is for movies, no worries, @ynproductionsgh got some magic coming your way. And kindly spread the word, @justlike_mama is the best preschool in Ghana,” she added.
The award-winning actress concluded by apologising to the Instagram user for not living up to her standards.
“I’m sorry I can’t be what you think is ideal. It’s 7:06 AM, I have a school to run. Stay blessed. Good Morning,” she added.
