I did not collaborate with Cina soul and Black Sheriff because of trends – Sarkodie

Award-winning rapper, Sarkodie has refuted claims that he collaborated with Black Sherif and Cina Soul to top trends.

Although most people believe the Sark Nation boss only collaborates with artists who are “hot in the moment” in order to benefit off their trends, he thinks otherwise.

 In an interview with music streaming service Boomplay, Sark noted that the claims were false and that he only creates music organically and doesn’t follow trends unless he enjoys them.

” I think first of all, I do music as organic as it could be, I hate doing music because of trends,” he stated.

Explaining why he collaborated with Cina Soul, Sarkodie confessed he is a fan, and that the song called for her when he first heard it.

 “Cina soul is Somebody I listen to personally, I think she has a good brand and she looks good,” he disclosed.

For his collaboration with Black Sherif, the “No Pressure” rapper revealed he has loved and supported Blacko from the start, and it was Black Sherif who requested to be on the album.

He also revealed that he has three songs with Black Sherif, two of which would be released later.
