Sammy Flex, manager of Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, widely known as Shatta Wale has shared a fascinating detail about his collaboration with the musician, revealing that he and Shatta Wale have just a verbal agreement instead of a written one, in contrast to  traditional contracts.

In an engaging conversation on TV XYZ, Sammy clarified that they have successfully conveyed to one another their respective responsibilities, expectations, and boundaries and for that even in the lack of a formal contract, their agreement is enforceable.

“Agreement is agreement, We have a legal agreement in place. We’re in constant communication, and one thing is certain: legal agreements don’t always have to be signed. Shatta and I haven’t signed any contracts”, he said.

The manager further made known that their verbal agreement holds legal weight allowing both parties to take flexible decisions to terminate their partnership if the need arises.
