I love to dress up, I love fashion– Piesie Esther on her daring Looks
Entertainment and fashion go hand in hand, and some of our Ghanaian musicians are keeping their fashion games on point.
Although secular musicians are the ones leading the high fashion game, some gospel crooners aren’t laying low and are seriously promoting their music with bold fashion statements.
Ghanaian gospel musician, Esther Aseidu, popularly known as Piesie Esther, has proven to be one of the best female artistes, and her fashion sense is something that cannot be put under the radar.
Speaking In an interview with Berla Mundi and Cookie Tee on TV3 NewDay Show on May 9, 2023, the ‘Waye Me Yiye’ hitmaker made known the secret behind her fashion sense.

According to her, she loves fashion, emphasizing that she really likes to dress and dress well. She stated that her fashion sense dates way back to the beginning of her career and can even be seen in her previous music videos.
The latest VGMA “Gospel artiste of the year” asserted that in the past, gospel musicians were criticized when they dress in a certain way without the normal scarf and long dress, but the story is different now.
She noted that Ghanaians have come to realize that the world is changing and as such the fashion sense of the past needs to change,
‘’As for me, I like dressing. I really love to dress. Because when you watch my old music videos, you will see it. But there is one thing about me, even though I love fashion, I make sure I dress decently,” she stated.
